You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To start your return, please email our customer care team at info@amarae-official.com within 5 days of receiving your parcel. We will provide detailed instructions and the correct return address.
Please note: Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
- If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide you with a prepaid return label.
- If you are returning an item for other reasons (such as a change of mind or personal preference), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, please ensure:
- The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories are included.
- Items are securely packed to avoid damage during the return shipment.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a partial refund.
No Final Sale Items
At Amarae, we value flexibility and satisfaction.
We do not offer final sale items — everything you purchase can be returned as long as it meets our return policy conditions.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we aim to process your refund within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is complete.
Please note that it may take a few additional days for your bank or payment provider to release the funds.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please place a new order after your return is processed.
Delivery and Regions
- We currently ship only within France.
- Most orders are delivered within 5–8 business days after processing.

Inspecting Your Delivery

We recommend using an insured and trackable postal service for self-paid returns to ensure safe delivery.
